I had a solid experience at Khalil Seafood, though there are definitely some highlights and lowlights to keep in mind before you order.nnThe fish here is generally excellent. I highly recommend the fried Tilapia and Cod—both were cooked perfectly and had a great crunch. The grilled Basa was also a standout, flavorful and moist. Make sure to get the wedges and the salad as your sides; they were delicious and rounded out the meal perfectly.nnThe main drawback for me was the lobster. For the price per ounce, it was very underwhelming. I found the meat to be surprisingly bitter and lacking that sweet, fresh flavor you expect from lobster. Given how expensive it is, I personally didn’t find it worth the cost.nnOverall, the food is quite good, but the prices are on the higher side. If you stick to the Tilapia, Cod, or Basa, you’ll likely have a great meal. I’d suggest skipping the lobster and putting that money toward more of their excellent grilled or fried fish instead.

We came here for seafood and overall the food was good. The fish was the highlight for sure. We ordered three different whole fish, not 100 percent sure of the names but they were cooked really well, fresh, and full of flavor. The shrimp were also really good and nicely seasoned. You can tell the seafood quality is high. I really liked that they have the fish displayed and you can choose which one you want, that part feels unique and fun.nnThe portions were a bit hit or miss though. The calamari and fries felt smaller than expected, especially for the price. Also the squid dish was very small compared to the others, which was disappointing.nnService was okay but not great. The staff didn’t really check on us much, no napkins and things felt a bit slow at times. Nothing terrible, just not attentive.nnOverall, the food quality is strong, especially the fish and shrimp, but the portion sizes on some dishes and the service could definitely be better. I’d come back for the fish, but hoping they improve the service and portions next time.

Not going to lie, it was a little on the expensive side, or I might have ordered a lot since we took a lot home back with us.nBut the customer service and the quality of food is absolutely well worth the trip and the price.nFood is outstanding, and the staff are excellent. I will go back and I’ll be mind full of the portions I order lol

We visited this restaurant for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. The food was so delicious, the portions were large, it was very clean and the prices were good. I recommend visiting.nThank you

Oh dear lord: The food at Khalil's is *amazing* - I tried stingray for the first time and I'm telling you: It's not going to be the last time!nThe people here are incredibly friendly and patient with a couple of people who'd never ordered a meal from a bed of raw fish and sting ray! and then asked how we'd like it prepared, before.nnMan, oh man, that food was GOOD!!!
