We enjoyed a truly wonderful evening at David Duncan House celebrating my husband’s milestone birthday with both of our adult children and grandma, his mom. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. We were delighted to be looked after by Ricardo, who has such a genuine and thoughtful way of connecting with each guest almost instantly. His guidance helped us curate the perfect meal plan, and it couldn’t have been better executed.nnDespite enjoying an exceptional variety of dishes—calamari, saganaki, Chateaubriand, filet mignon, ribeye, and finishing off with bananas foster—everything felt perfectly paced. We left completely satisfied without feeling overstuffed, which is no small feat. Every dish was prepared to perfection from start to finish.nnDavid Duncan House has long been our go-to for special occasions, and evenings like this remind us why. We are so grateful that this kind of traditional fine-dining experience still exists. It was especially lovely to see our 22- and 26-year-olds truly appreciating the details, the attentive service, and the classic ambiance.nnTable 3 was ideal for our group… beautifully and privately situated, making the celebration feel both intimate and special. An unforgettable evening all around, and one we will happily return to again and again.

Had a wonderful birthday dinner for my son here and not only is it beautiful with amazing service but the food was really good as well with only a couple of small exceptions.nWe started with delicious bread then calamari which was really good but were dissappointed with the cold saganaki. They need to make sure the saganaki is hot otherwise it just doesnt taste as good. We then had our wonderful server make us caesar salad for 2 at our table. Not only was it a great show but tasted so good especially with the addition of the candied bacon pork belly which elevated this dish even more, worth the $38 for that. The 16oz prime rib was delectable and love the demi glaze sauce but the broccoli was a bit hard but the carrots and little peppers were very tasty but didnt like the yorkshire pudding at all, would prefer more of their house bread instead. Mashed potatoes were nice but a bit bland. We finished with cherries jubilee, also made at our table which was great, just wish there were more cherries and a bit pricey at $32 for ice cream and cherries.nThey gave my son a free muffin at the end for his birthday but it was hard and tasteless and we didnt eat it, wish they would have given him a slice of choc cake or creme brulee or even ice cream and they need to not give this out at all, even free but it was a nice gesture.nAll in all it was pretty good and we will definitely go back again. The bill was $282 for 2 of us.

Excellent cusine, fine dining and wine selection. Fantastic amazing service. Sheek, stylish, elegant with a rich history decor and atmosphere. Your taken back in time to an era of prestige. Me and my wife had a beautiful Valentine's dinner. Thank you!

Came here for the first time. Personally our favourite menu items was the ribeye, Caesar salad, and the vegetables. Unfortunately the lamb was overcooked and the other meats were just okay. The cocktails were good. Service was just okay.

We visited this restaurant to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The food was actually very good and we enjoyed the dishes we ordered. However, the overall experience was disappointing because of the service at the end.nnWhen we were ready to pay the bill, we tried to get the staff’s attention, but no one responded. We had to wait at our table for about 20 minutes before anyone came to assist us. It was frustrating, especially since it was meant to be a special celebration.nnGood food, but the service really affected our experience. I hope the restaurant can improve their attentiveness to customers, especially during important occasions.
