My father passed suddenly this fall and I was dreading the tasks ahead of me in dealing with this very difficult time. We met with Donna and were immediately relieved. She is a wonderful, compassionate and professional person. At no point in our time with Yates did we feel that they were trying to press us into anything at all. We even had a request that we were unsure about the possibility of and they were very much on board with helping it to fruition. Barry drove up to Tofino to see it through and was so gracious and honourable throughout the process. Even the phone call I made to the Parksville location with a question regarding timing of the cremation was met with a wonderful man who didn't make me feel silly for wanting to know. I can't say enough to adequately express my gratitude for what this family's business has done for us.
Donna was fantastic, we received compassionate and efficient service during our time of need.
We really appreciated the straightforward service we received at Yates. I highly recommend their services.
