People are nice on the phone but IT has not changed protocols yet.......If you are a snowbird in mexico they restrict access to the government site.... needs to be open access for residents of port alberni regardless where you are in the world these days. It has been reported and still is closed to anyone out of USA or canada....
Thanks to the city of Port Alberni, for approving extensive renovations to our apartment building, we wanted to do. It took a lot of work, but we all got it done. Good people to work with.
Wanted to give a huge shout out to the Public Works department! I had a leak from my water meter inside my home. I called the city and they had someone here within 20 minutes. I believe the workers name was Dwayne Anderson? He was super polite and professional and had everything fixed in 15 minutes. Thank you for all your hard work and service it is greatly appreciated!!
Friendly little town. Decent shopping options, beautiful harbour quay, and good restaurants. Bare Bones Fish House is entirely gluten free!!!
Very difficult place to do business...nThe common practice is to ignore people and emails...nEven in 2022 their live stream YouTube council meetings don't allow comments...nThis council doesn't care what's on your mind
