I’ve been training with Nathan Libbey since February, and the transformation I’ve experienced both physically and mentally has been incredible. When I first started, I weighed 95lbs, and now I’m at 123lbs, the most I’ve ever weighed in my life. This journey has been about so much more than just gaining weight; it’s been about gaining strength, confidence, and self-belief.nnPhysically, I’ve seen major progress my arms are stronger and more defined, my glutes and legs have grown and toned beautifully, and I finally feel balanced and healthy in my body. The facility is in rough shape. The steam room is almost always broken, there’s black mold over the showers I didn’t take photos to respect people’s privacy, and several shower stalls have been taped off for weeks. Before you sign up, insist on a full tour even though staff may try to rush you into a membership.nnThe staff are friendly, but it’s unclear what they actually do. Most just stand behind the front counter chatting. I’ve never seen anyone clean up the gym, re-rack weights, or intervene when people do unsafe things—like lifting barefoot or surrounding themselves with piles of plates.nnThe gym also offers discounted memberships to younger people, which has turned it into a hangout spot for selfie-taking teens with zero gym etiquette. If you’re looking for a well-maintained, respectful workout environment, this isn’t it.
I'm glad too see some of the gyms have gotten a face lift and upgrade. First time here. Its very spaces. Cardio are is good not so busy on a Thursday morning. Washroom were clean. I like the fact that the music was on low. Alot of different arw you can workout in. They vaild parking for 2 hours at the side of desk. Near the mind Den. They have regimen classes here too. Which is great! Weightlifting are is spaces.
CJ was an incredible personal trainer. Worked with him for over a year and we exceeded my goals. What’s important to CJ is ingraining every single session proper techniques to avoid injury. Best part ~ he was such a great person who has the EQ to really meet his clients where they are and where they want to go. Highly recommended.
I recently began training with Maryam PT to address a specific concern, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. From the start, she demonstrated exceptional knowledge and clarity in her approach. I was initially apprehensive, knowing that even a single wrong exercise could trigger my pain. However, What impressed me most was her openness to feedback—especially from my physiotherapist, with whom I regularly checked in during the early stages of our sessions. Maryam welcomed that collaboration, ensuring every exercise aligned with my recovery goals.nI’m truly thankful to have found such a dedicated and skilled trainer.
