First time at this location. My experience was good as I got all my weight exercises, cardio, stretching, and steam room done. It was under renovations when I was there. Place to seem well maintained clean, plus machinery in order. I was here around 3-5 p.m.none thing to take in mind is that there is parking in the building. Which you would have to get a ticket for then get it validated before leaving the gym. Only good for 2 hours since you parked. The staff here is also nice and helpful. I haven’t experienced any other bad experiences as I seen in other reviews.
My experience with GoodLife Fitness has been disappointing.nnThe sauna has been out of service for two months, a recurring issue each year. And even when it's operational, it takes 15-20 minutes to produce any steam. I don’t see that happening to the gyms downtown.nnThe worn-out towels provided are far from effective in drying. It's frustrating that the equipment is almost always under maintenance, disrupting workouts.nnBroken lockers only add to the list of issues. The gym's capacity is clearly insufficient to meet demand. The 2 hour free parking is not enough considering that you have to wait forever to use an equipment. workout, cardio, sauna, shower.nnWhile the new area is nice, the overall offering doesn't justify the high cost.
I highly recommend Rafael as a personal trainer. He is incredibly responsible and qualified, crafting personalized fitness programs tailored to both my goals and fitness level. His kindness and professionalism make each session enjoyable and productive. Under his guidance, I've seen significant progress towards my fitness objectives. If you're looking for a dedicated and skilled trainer, Rafael is the perfect choice.
It's a nice gym especially since the renovation seems to be nearly done and there's a good selection of equipment. Avoid coming after school 3:00pm-5:00pm if you haven't packed the patience of a Saint.nLots of the high school kids don't clean anything they use shocked they know which part of the water fountain to use sometimes. No one walks around to make sure they are lifting correctly most aren't because they aren't being taught.nNot the worst location you could attend. They do have a nice studio.
Great place to workout. They have a huge cardio area as you could see in the photos. Their weight and machine area is a little divided but well organized and clean. The locker area is very clean and spacious. You could park in the P1 area for 2 hours for free. This gym is wheelchair accessible.
