PurEnergy is feel good fitness at its best.  Lisa has sprinkled this amazing facility with positive energy, love and excellent instructors.   Having been a gym buff for my entire life, after having three kids,  including twins, life got the best of me and working out became a thing of the past.    I have been a member of PE for over a year.. PurEnergy got me to LOVE fitness again, love myself and actually enjoy workout out.   If you are looking for a place where fitness feels good, where the people are motivating but not intimidating, then PurEnergy is the pace to be.  I truly believe that PurEnergy is Toronto's best kept fitness secret.. and anyone who wants to feel better in all aspects of their life will benefit from this special little place.  xoxo

I have to say that I have tried numerous ways to change my lifestyle joining different gyms and trying all kinds of diets with no success. That is until I was introduced to PurEnergy! The people are amazing and the studio is like no other I have ever seen. The family atmosphere is what keeps me coming back again and again. High recommendations from me! If you're looking for a place to motivate you, a place you can't wait to go to, look no further. This is the place!!!!

Small and friendly with very personal attention. Classes are energetic and room is well equipped and clean. Took BLT class with Aileen and she was very good at providing modifications for an injury while keeping intensity level high.

PurEnergy offers a broad variety of classes. Lisa is always open to new ideas from staff and clients. There are new classes offered on a regular basis which make it appealing to different ages and fitness levels. All the instructors are excellent. I look forward to my workouts and to trying out different types of classes. If you’re thinking of joining, don’t hesitate...you’ll love it!

I’ve been going to PurEnergy for over a year now and I absolutely LOVE it! Working out was never my thing until I started coming here...
The instructors, the classes, the environment, there really isn’t much not to love about it. Thank you PurEnergy!!!
