Eyelash Extensions

The application of the eyelash extensions includes applying one single, synthetic, natural looking lash extension to each one of your OWN individual lashes.
These new eyelashes are attached to the already existing ones using an adhesive and last almost for 2 months.
Life of the attachment and lashes may vary with the way one handles them. Longer duration of exposure to water or oil may reduce the lives of these lashes.

Awesome place! It was my first time getting lash extensions and it was a great experience. Xlash is conveniently located Lawrence subway station, the shop is super cute, the people working there are super sweet and the girl who applied the extensions did a great job. Taking an appointment was super easy, I called and they quickly set me up for a spot the next weekend. Highly recommended!
Been coming here for over two years and Sherry is absolutely amazing !! My lashes always look incredible and last so so long! Sherry and her team always go above and beyond - for example I told them I was going to a destination wedding but didn’t have much time to get ready and she had someone do my toes, nail and lashes all simultaneously because I was in a rush! Love love love and recommend to everyone !!!
This place was nice and clean with great service! The only thing is my eyes were burning and red for 3 days after applying false lashes. But I'm getting compliments galore!
I have only had great experiences at X-Lash. I got my lashes done for the first time earlier this year and had a few issues most likely due to a six hour plane ride the next day however after speaking with the staff about what happened they were so helpful and my lashes have never looked better. The staff is amazing and my lashes look fantastic! I highly recommend Xlash - All around a great experience.
I can see why there are so many mixed reviews for this salon. I got a Groupon for a set and a fill, the first time I went I was happy with how my lashes looked but they started falling out immediately. Some of them felt twisted and uncomfortable, it was clear the technician didn't apply them properly. However I went back for the fill since I paid for it anyway. Second time, I had a different technician, again they looked great right after. This time, they stayed in for quite a bit longer, I still had decent results 2 - 3 weeks after the application. The technician was Christy if anyone is looking for someone good there! Overall, this is a more affordable lash salon, so I was happy with the results second time around but the longevity and feel of the lashes, pales in comparison with what you would find a more high end salon.
The poor reviews below are absolutely absurd. I have been a loyal client for over 6 years and that is because of the superior quality, attention to detail, not to mention the incredible customer service. I would not trust anyone else to touch my lashes or so much as give me lash advice -- even if they paid me. Sherry is by FAR the most advanced, knowledgable, and detail oriented lash technician I have ever encountered. She is truly and expert in every possible way. She is by far the BEST in the business and she trains and educates her staff to provide, and take pride in, the same quality of work -- and holds them accountable to that. Their work is nothing less than exceptional and I have never had an issue. I am fully aware that lashes do grout out and fall out, and they will fall out faster if I don't take proper care of them. As soon as I started following the proper care instructions I noticed a huge difference and right before I go in for my 3 week refills they still look great. Sherry is a very honest and ethical small business owner as well. If you purchase a Groupon and you have very large eyes and/or you say you're looking for a more dramatic effect, then she will offer you a better version than what the promotion offers, but without the price tag. If it is not necessary, they would never pressure a client into what is not needed just to make a buck. She genuinely wants you to feel good about about the experience and how you feel about yourself when you look in the mirror after. She values her clients tremendously, as they do her. I HIGHLY recommend XLASH to ANYONE, and I have and will continue to refer her to anyone.
Sherry is amazing! I love getting my lashes done by her. She is professional, clean and very good. Sherry is able to make my extensions always look natural! Every time Sherry does my lashes I get so many compliments and everyone asks me if they are real! I always recommend Xlash to my friends and family.
I've had really great experiences with Sherry in the past. Sherry is great. However, they've hired new staff that leaves much to be desired. The lashes that I paid $100 for fell out after the first week, with a big clump falling out while I was still in the salon. I called as soon as I got back from my vacation telling them what happened and this same woman answered the phone and immediately told me it was my fault. She said I must have gotten them wet, I didn't, and that she doesn't know what I did to them nothing. Instead of trying to provide any kind of customer service, she tried to tell me I was wrong. I won't be returning. Too bad, cause Sherry was excellent.
The employees at Xlash have to be some of the rudest individuals I have ever met. The lady that did my lashes just finished a cigarette, then came in and did my lashes without washing her hands first. Her hands smelt disgusting the entire time as they were touching my face. I am a heavy smoker of many years and even I found this nauseating. Her hands were also extremely sweaty to the point that her sweat was dripping down my face... gross. I bought the set from groupon that includes lashes extensions and a refill, I never went back for the refill it was that bad. I would rather forfeit the money than put myself through that horrible experience again. Also, I had an appointment for 10 AM. When I got there at 10, no one was to be seen. Apparently they were out back having cigarettes instead of opening up the salon. They then called and blamed me for not checking behind the building for them and rushed me back to the salon. Majority of the lashes lasted 1-2 days and all of them were out in 4 days. You could not even pay me to go back here. Do not recommend in the slightest.
I had the most amazing experience here a few weeks ago, thanks to Summer! She is so efficient, kind and will make you smile all through the appointment. Ive never had such amazing results or compliments on my eyebrows. She was very calm and positive, thanks to her I had the best experience. I will definitely be going again to get a touch up, definitely my go to place now. Other ladies seemed snobby and rude with other staff but Summer was a ray of sunshine through it all! She brought a feeling of comfortability and peace while making you laugh, making the waxing pain bearable!
