Had a great pedicure from aletta today! She was warm and friendly as was the rest of the staff and did a marvelous job with my beat up feet! Best pedicure I've ever had! The salon was bright, spacious and clean, the staff were outgoing and welcoming and everything was done efficiently and I didn't feel rushed at all which I loved. It's well worth the price. I'm a firm believer in paying for quality and that's exactly what I got here. Thanks so much to all the ladies today but especially to aletta : definitely going to be a repeat customer!

My first time getting any type of waxing done was here at Ten Spot. Michelle was amazing in decreasing my anxiety to receive the infamous treatment of a Brazilian. She walked me through the whole process educating me on things about wax treatments every person should know. She was very well spoken and made you feel comfortable even though you didn't have your underwear on :. Michelle is the reason why I continue to come back to this location and trust me the money is worth it!

Love this place! The staff are so friendly and welcoming and really know how to make a girl feel pampered. Their estheticians sure can nail an amazing mani and pedi! I've also held an event at this location bridal shower and again the staff and owners where so accommodating and lovely and really went above and beyond - it was such a hit with all the ladies, and especially the bride-to-be! Keep up the great work ladies!

The BEST beauty bar ever!!! I get my nails done, pedicures, brows and much more. The staff are extremely friendly and always go that extra mile to make you smile and are very knowledgeable about the products and the services they offer. The management team also go out of their way to get to know their clients on a personal level!!!! Always A++++ service! I am glad I found you Tenspot Forest Hill!!!!!

I've gone here a few times and had mixed reviews until my last visit. The first time i went the staff was friendly although it seemed dead inside. They only offer essie or opi and very monotone boring colors. The last few times i've gone the nail polish didn't even last a week and i got a shellac manicure. The last time in particular i booked online and it told me my appointment was at one time then i get a rude call saying i was late for my manicure. I rush over and am told that i can't get the services i booked and id be lucky to even get a basic manicure. Very rude. It is not my fault that your system is so complicated that it messes up constantly. This is not the first time. I would not recommend this to friends and family and will never return.

When there are so many nail salons to choose from in the area its tough to find one that stands out. This one definitely does! The staff here are super friendly and accommodating!! The salon itself is welcoming, super clean and a relaxing place to spend some precious me time. Definitely coming back here.
