I enjoy going here with a friend to have a good time. Atmosphere is always pleasant, bar tenders are very friendly and very chatty and funny! The lounge is very relaxing, the hot tub is pleasant as is the sauna/steam room. The deck is very nice, though I only been there a handful of times. Only been in the Dark Room? Few times as well, but its also nice there. The rooms are nice and cozy and I like that a locker is in the room which is nice and convenient. Even if you're not there for the sex exactly, it's a nice little place grab a bite to eat and relax in your room for however long you're there. Edit to add some additional information: the beds are also quite comfy and I did sleep on one time this past summer with a friend. Was nice and quite too and the call to wake us over the PA was a nice gentle way of doing it as opposed to shouting it . I still keep trying to get that hotel suit room ? in there but I somehow keep missing it. Note: this hasn't upset/ruined my time at this bathhouse. The place is impeccably clean and well-maintained, which is a testament to the care and attention that goes into creating a top-notch experience for every visitor. Adding more variety to the food menu will be great for customers spending long hours there.

The SPANISH SPEAKER employee muscled body at the front is RUDE, has NO CLUE of what customer service is and does not look into your eyes when he communicates. Not sure how he got hired without proper training. I am NOT COMING BACK and contributing to his paycheck. Steamworks front staff are more friendly and engaging with you.

My first time here. First impression outside was clean even going up to the stairs that leads you to the entrance booth. I gave it a one star because the staff was rude and had an attitude problem was very sassy. He was a tall white slender with tattoos. Wouldnt come back. Thats just me.

A very clean and nice facility but you need customers from all age groups. Suggestion: How about having events like "boyz night" at Steaworks to attract younger customers. Let in guys under 24 on one day weekday for free.

I’ve been to saunas all over the world, and this one has to be the worst. It is laid out strangely, and the clientele was no bueno. It has a bartender though, and he was exceptionally nice.

Clean and comfortable. However some guys need to read the spa etiquette section before going. Also the tattooed guy at the front desk is always nice. Im guessing most of the negative reviews are from irrational, entitled people who like causing problems wherever they go. Follow their rules and you wont have a problem.

NOT RECOMMENDED. Due to a simple misunderstanding of bringing keys outside, I was kicked out. The white male with extensive tattoos is an awful person who will not listen to reason and is hysterical. Upon reading other reviews and talking with others, it seems like this particular staff member has no reason in being in the hospitality industry. Seriously, go out for 5 minutes to copy the keys?! We live in the 21st century- you can copy keys with a phone!
