I had an amazing experience at La'Dira over the weekend! I am normally a little hesitant about letting just anyone touch my skin, but I am so happy that I did! I first found out about La'Dira after I purchased a Groupon. Mary is super nice and friendly, and is very knowledgeable, I had a great experience with her! I will definitely be making another appointment soon! Thanks Mary!

So I purchased a groupon from here, I received the salt back scrub, and microdermabrasion package. Mary was the one who had performed the services for me. She did such an amazing job. Most places that you go to don't treat you that great if you're coming with a Groupon, however, Mary sees past all that, the only thing of her concern is to help you with your skin. She is very knowledgable, friendly, and caring. Upon arrival she hung my coat up, and offered me tea which I loved. Even though this is a small second level spa, It is amazing, pretty, and good if you like personalized care. I'll be returning! :

I had a magical day at the LaDira spa today. Let me start by saying that the place is immaculately clean and beautiful. It has lovely earth tone colors in all the treatment rooms and lounges which promotes relaxation. Soft music is playing throughout and I almost fell asleep waiting for my first treatment which is wonderful.Dina who did my facial is one of the most amazing women I have ever met; she was sweet and gentle and chatted with me throughout my facial to explain all the treatments she was doing because I have never had a facial before.The products that were used were fantastic because I usually have very sensitive skin and I didn’t react at all. They all smelled and felt wonderful. Everyone was extremely customer service oriented and it felt amazing to be pampered. I will definitely come back for more treatments, this place was 5 stars for me!

I went to this spa this past week for a detox wrap and a facial including microdermabrasion. The lady who attended to me I believe her name was Mary was super kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. She gave me some recommendations for my skin type but was honest and direct and didn't just try to "sell" me something, which I appreciated. I'm still waiting to see the full results of the microdermabrasion and facial since it's only been 2 days, but I can already tell that my skin is brighter and feels softer. I like this place enough that I'll probably visit again for more services :

I love the treatment l received, facial was so relaxing and professional, received amazing sea salt on my back and heated treatment felt really good,relax my body. Micobrastion was Excellant my skin wad glowing, collagen product is were purchasing, l recommend customers should try the Promo treatment. Thanks Mary, for my day at the spa.

It's pretty good service! Place is small but clean and well kept. I enjoyed my experience bought from Groupon and bought a few more packages with the spa directly. Prices are not bad, average I'd say, but I like the atmosphere cause its cozy, close to DT and the staffs are nice - like it. I thought they were a bit hard to find. It's on the second level, so you really have to look for the small dome awning building to find the entrance. Also, it's hard to get a hold of someone to book an appointment. Whether it's through phone or email, it takes about 48 hours to get a response. I live near Markham. Even if I stop by before or after work it's out of the way, especially my office hours are 11am - 6pm. That's the only downfall and reason why it lost 2 stars, because of the communication/reservation inconvenience. 3/5* Went back for a revisit in 2018, and the Spa was sold to a new owner...I had no idea until I was there. She honored the package I've bought and was A LOT nicer than the previous owner/workers. So it gained a star back. Awesome place! Makes me feel so pampered and at ease!! 4/5*

This Spa was an oasis it's like a hidden gem but so very easy to get to. It is very clean and Mary is professional treated me like a VIP member. Thanks Mary!!!! I had the sea salt detox wrap and a diamond microdermabrasion. I will totally be going back and recommending to all my friends!

I couldn’t have dreamt of a better experience! I got the deal through groupon which included the sea salt glow back treatment, microdermabrasion and thermal detoxification body wrap for such an amazing price. Mary is so kind, super detailed oriented and ensured I was feeling comfortable the whole time, additionally she even taught me a lot about my skin and I will definitely be coming back for more services! very professional and quick service, I got exfoliated and double cleansed, microdermabrasion, collagen and an oxygen facial mask within 1 hour, felt relaxed, wasn't pressured and wasn't sold on things that I didn't need. The owner enjoys what she does and has advised me on how to care for my problem areas. My pore size immediately decreased and my face was whiter and softer with less acne. I would love to come back for another session with LED light therapy, I recommend dropping by if you're looking for a cozy environment and personalized care. Also a one time first customer only benefit if you bought a Groupon otherwise hella expensive and I'd look elsewhere to get similar results.

I was merely looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating time and I bought a groupon for the same. Mary, the owner and the therapist, welcomed me and ensured my experience was nothing less than outstanding!!! I am now a regular client of Mary!
