I have been getting waxed here for over a year. Every experience has been quick, efficient and nothing short of amazing. Everyone who works here is very nice and accommodating. They have been able to fit me in between other appointments with very short notice. The rooms are very clean. Overall, its a great environment and I highly recommend. ALSO, before coming here I had never been waxed before, and after the first experience I just had to keep going! I have very sensitive skin and usually get rashes or ingrown hairs, however they recommended I use a body scrub to loosen the hairs and ever since then, I've had no issues. Great place!

Akram is really nice. Very friendly and accommodating. She did my eyebrow wax really quick. Loved the result. I recommended Akram to my sister. She had a great experience with her threading.

I have been going to waxed at promenade since it opened and I couldn't be happier! It is beautiful, CLEAN, staff are friendly and te wax staff are fantastic. I don't usually write long reviews but this place is WORTH IT! I have to admit I usually like to go to the same person every time but because of my crazy work schedule I end up having to book with different waxing staff all the time so I have pretty much tried out everyone there. They are all great and make me feel at ease, comfortable despite the obvious! and really do an amazing job! Ou have to try it. My favourite thing about waxed is that it feels professional and upscale, and all for a great price that is comparable to anywhere else! The app to book appointments is the best, because you can just do it in your phone quick and easy, it syncs with your calendar and you get reminders. I have never had any problems there even when I want to drop in last minute as a walk in, especially since you are in the mall anyways! Staff are friendly and courteous. Highly recommend.

This is such a great place to and the estheticians make you feel very comfortable and always check with you to make sure that everything is okay. I also loved how relaxing the spa is,it was a very peaceful experience. The receptionist was very kind and informative when booking my appointment. I would definitely go back again.
