They Provided me a rental as replacement after an accident. Very good service and attention. Convenient pick up/drop off option. Highly recommend this rental company over the big companies Will be using their service again.

I rented a car with Xceed this summer. It is a family owned business with a decent size fleet. Booked it from their website as they were giving a phenomenal rate. After making the booking, one of the owners, Sunny, called me. He explained various options including fine print w.r.t. insurance. Most car rental agencies do not explain this properly and this can lead to problems later in case something happens. But Sunny went over it in detail so that I could take an informed decision. Their office is about 3 or 4 kilometers from the airport - one reason why they are able to give good rates. But they provide pickup and drop service which was nice. Even without this service, taking a cab to their office would be more economical instead of renting from bigger agencies who have their office at the airport. During the rental period, I had to travel to US a couple of times. I just called them before going to US and they provided a discounted insurance for those days - that easy. Very happy with this company - in fact best family owned car rental in town. The staff (owners) were extremely polite and courteous every time I spoke to them. Would recommend to anyone. Just book in advance to get good rates.

I rented a car from Xceed Car Rental last month and I must say that the service and price was excellent when compared to other rental services in the Brampton area. Paul and Sunny were extremely courteous and very professional. I highly recommend this place for people looking to rent a car. It was a pleasure doing business with Paul and Sunny.

True to its name, this company and its employees have exceeded all my expectations. Excellent customer service paired with lowest pricing have made me a happy and a satisfied customer. I have been using their services since the last 2 years and want to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a rental car and service with a smile.
