Discount Car & Truck Rentals

Regularly rent vehicles from this location and they were pleasant as always. Super detailed and always put the customer first, ensuring their satisfaction with the rental before driving off the lot. 10/10 would recommend. Staff are always in a great mood and are always helpful, feels like they’re all family. Always a happy renter.

Well I reserved a car for long weekend and when I went to pick it up it wasn't there. However the staff when out of their way to accommodate so overall was very satisfied with the service. Kind of expected the shortage issue over the long weekend,but the online booking app definitely needs a rework for not allowing bookings when no cars are at a certain location.

I've had the pleasure of doing several car rentals with the aid of Brittney. She's respectful, polite, and leaves no details out or questions unanswered. It wasn't until my last car rental where I was amazed at the customer service that I received from Brittney. I had forgotten a sentimental birthday gift in one of the rentals and received a call from Brittney soonafter letting me know that she had the gift that I had forgotten and would hold on to it for me. However, I was going to be out of town for a while and Brittney held on to that gift for a month until I got back. She went beyond her job description and delivered impeccable customer service that I believe should be shared. I'll definitely be recommending Brittney to anyone in need of a car rental and GOOD service.
