We were extremely pleased with our 'Discount experience' and mainly because of the wonderful customer service with Monique! She made sure that we had what we needed when we were moving our son to university this past weekend. She made our day! The actions of one person can make such a big difference in the lives of others. Thanks Monique!!!

Monique was a life raft in a perfect storm, my truck was torched by vandals I had the longest day of my life and she not only cared, she showed sympathy, found a car suitably for a 6'4 300lbs man and his family and loaded it! Out of every person I talked to including insurance brokers I used for years, NOBODY showed the desire, compassion or professionalism she showed. I'm a discount customer for as long as I above ground and grateful to her and discount THANK YOU!

Amazing customer service and VERY reasonable prices!!!  Robin was SO helpful!  We were going to our son's wedding in Owen Sound and broke down right before Shelburne.  Called Robin and he put us in a car for the weekend promptly.  Monique at the counter was very pleasant and also helpful.  They managed to turn around a potentially very stressful situation into a positive customer-service experience.  This location is VERY highly recommended!
