Bad custimer service with bad vehicles having no rear mats. Charge extra on fuel deficiency. While handing over the vehicle they didn't check the vehicle. Where as on return they inspecting whole car for 30 mins making customer suspicious. Highly not recommended

They are EXCELLENT! I have never had a problem. The staff is efficient and polite. I can't say enough about my experiences. Because of this office I will ALWAYS use Enterprise!

Great energetic team. Customer centric. One plus point it is just 2 minute ride away from Go train station and they provide free drop off which is a great help in when you have to go office in morning.

**ALERT**  TERRIBLE SERVICE , RENTER BEWARE, WAITED 45 min and THEY DENIED MY RENTAL,  & LIED ABOUT THEIR  OWN CORPORATE POLICY...LOOKS AND FEELS LIKE A BRAMPTON RENTAL SERVICE NOT  GEORGETOWN!!!!

I tried to rent a car with them. my card  didn't go through despite having enough funds to rent and they wouldn't service me for the next 24 hours. They are not service-oriented.. I don't recommend this location of Enterprise Georgetown. However I went to the Milton location right after and got a rental despite my card not going through the first time with this location(Georgetown). I always rented from Enterprise in other locations and never had a problem.
