After having a nightmare experience with PREFERRED CAR RENTALS (which are in the business of scamming people) I was weary to rent a car. However I had a magnificent experience from when I picked my rental to when I returned it to the depot.
Very professional, no hidden fees. Will definitely use them again

I called to inquire about it. The car choices were good. Price was good. The lady on the telephone was very bad at handling a customer. Because of her i did not rent from them

Amazing service. Rentals are cheaper compared to other places. Its right next to the Marigold Hotel. Situated between the KFC and hotel. Excellent choice of cars and located right in Queens and Kennedy in Brampton.

I rented a car from AVIS at the airport .  First vehicle they gave me would not start and then the second, the car I have now, muffler is going and breaks are squealing in the morning.   I called this location to ask if I could exchange the vehicle and the woman said she had no cars.  I find it hard to believe that mid-week early in the morning there are no cars.  I knew from the moment she answered the phone she would not be able to help me.  
I then called the number at the airport and have been on hold since before I started writing this ad.  
Would I recommend Avis as a business person and traveler?  Absolutely not.  And I will tell people to stay away from this company.

New person Rajesh at this location is HORRIBLE. No customer service skills what so ever. Will never go here ever again. Mama works with him and I feel sorry for her. He us obnoxious and rude.
