The wonderful people at this location were great. Unfortunately I have to rate this experience terribly because I am still waiting on my deposit of 300$ head office or administrative people are rude. No one has any answers. No one will help. It’s a terrible experience. No problem taking my money but lots of problems to get my deposit back. They are going to keep hearing from me till I receive my cheque. ‍

5 star experience for this location. From the day I picked up the vehicle till the time I dropped it back weeks later, Mohammed was great to deal with. He was great and explaining everything and very accomodating. He is an asset to the company for sure as I've had bad experiences at other locations in the past.nnKeep up the good work Muhammad, great job.

Best rent place. Affordable prices and chill. Checked out places online that quoted me a couple hundred for a few days. This is $50 a day and $25/day for damage coverage if you don't have your own. Dealt with Mo the first time. He was fantastic and a girl the second time whose name I unfortunately can't remember rn. Both were friendly, accommodating, patience and knowledgeable. If I need a rental Ill be going there. My mom used them for her old company which is how I learned. They came in clutch when my car was messed up but I had to hop around cities. If you use visa your $300 deposit comes back immediately on return, if you use debit it takes 5-7 business days.

Needed to rent a 6-7 passenger SUV for the weekend. Called the phone number online, they found me one left, I said ok, they said they would send a confirmation text, I was waiting and waiting, checked my email while waiting, in which they sent a confirmation email that I can pick up at 1:00 which was and hour later than what the lady said to me on the phone, but fine, whatever, 1 hour.. so I take an Uber there, wait patiently in line to be told that I called a call center and that my confirmation email isn’t a confirmation, I’m actually on a wait list to get a car and that might not be today! Girl had zero care that I just ubered there with my daughter and had to Uber back home at my own expense after their mess up!! What’s the point of a confirmation email sayin pick up at 1 if u actually mean I’m on a wait list for what could be days? I want my money for my Uber ride there and back covered!

HORRIBLE customer service. Management is terrible! They don’t offer any alternatives to the customers even when it’s their fault for not having the vehicle class we booked. They don’t go out of their way to help at all! If I could give them a negative option I would but min is 1 star. They don’t thoroughly clean the vehicles, the fleet smell like smoke. We’ve rented vehicles that have had dust all over the dashboard and garbage in the door panels. They are not a professional location and the location manager Niveen is terrible at her job! We booked a 7 passenger vehicle and they called to tell us the day before pick up that they don’t have a 7 passenger vehicle available. They didn’t send any email to notify us, I PROVIDED an email at time of booking!! They pretty much told us that the online booking tool, doesn’t sync with their actual availability! What type of business is Enterprise running with this lame excuse! In a day of high tech technology, you can’t get a simple website to connect to the branch’s fleet availability? Maybe you should hire some educated professionals that can help revamp your website! This is not the customer’s fault! We were told tough luck! We have an important event that we now cannot attend because of them! I’m truly disgusted with their service! Do not book with Enterprise! Especially with this Fisherman location in Brampton!!! Horrible
