Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The customer service was okay at first. However, when I received my car (ford fusion) I filled gas up from a quarter tank to full ($51.67) and noticed there was a stale smoke smell in the car. I am not travelling 6 hours with a smoke smell. I told them about it and they offered an upgrade and to switch it out. I had to turn around and switch cars out. I asked them about the gas I filled up in the other car and how will I be reimbursed? And I think they were confused. They mentioned a gas card and I said okay (thinking I will get my money on a gas card right away). I didn’t receive a gas card, the guy told me return the vehicle with the tank empty. I returned the vehicle Sunday night and put the keys in the drop box, and called them to ask them about the $51 I spent on the gas that someone else is using for free? The guy was short with me and unorganized and had no idea what he was talking about. Furthermore, I had to tell them I returned the vehicle and he said how he didn’t know it was returned and it should be in the shop (because I told him that I left the agreement in the glove compartment) after going back and forth, he said he will call me back once he finds out what is going on with it. I never received a call, I had to call them back to find out that they never noted in the system that a car switch was made and I was only getting a gas card for the extra gas I returned the vehicle with. I spoke to Sierra (one of the employees) and she was awesome! She had no idea about what happened and she was able to solve my problem with ease. If it weren’t for people like her, that location would be down the drain! I don’t want to rent from the fisherman drive location ever again, unless I am dealing with Sierra.

My wife and I have nothing but the highest praise for all the workers especially BENJAMIN,DHUAHAN,KHUBAIB and SHAWN. These workers go absolutely above and beyond just to make sure we were satisfied in every way with a vehicle of our choice. Customer service at its BEST. These guys don't know the word NO only yes or we will see what we can do or don't worry about it. Always professional, courteous, understanding and most helpful. On a scale of 1-10 we give them a score of 20. Yep...Keep up the awesome work guys and all the best.

I’ve rented a few times here and the service of staff, variety and cleanliness of the vehicles and all around experience has been great!!
