Yes, these scumlords just sold all their properties, thinking that makes them unaccountable for the unlivable conditions too many tenants have suffered from. Health conditions from mold, roaches, bed bugs, vermin infested infrastructure, etc. etc., are more than well documented. Calling these people negligent is a compliment.
If I could give less than one star I would. You are better than this, don't move into any of their units.
The hallways at 85 Wellesley smell like urine and there’s issues with cockroaches! No matter how many times you put in a complaint nothing ever gets resolved! Debbie front desk for Wynn properties is a cruel old toad! Avoid dealing and renting from Wynn properties at all costs!!!!
