The most amazing property company in Canada. Hollyburn has changed my life for good. I hope to grow with this awesome premier company.

BAD LOCATION, BAD MAINTENANCE...JUST BAD. NOT WORTH THE PRICE.  Advertised as "luxury" and much higher than market rate but with no amenities, spotty hot water not available after 9AM, and not a quiet street at all. Little maintenance with paint peeling from ceiling, warped walls, rusty water pipes, only one slow, old, tiny elevator available most of the time. Drag racing with loud sports cars on Avenue Road at all hours of day and night including 3AM. No easy access to subway and only one expensive grocery store nearby: Whole Foods.  Staff are nice but it's a horrible place; don't let the lobby fool you. Had to move because there wasn't even basic maintenance and not worth the price.
