Incredible location, high end finishes, breathtaking views, great amenities and a condo board and property management with a staff that actually cares enough to keep condo fees low and keep the building running smoothly. Easily best bang for the buck in the Bloor - Yorkville Area!!
Absolutely rudest concierge, especially the pink hair lady. My key was deactivated due to a glitch in the system and she refused to reactivate it for me until I "sorted" it out with management. So I had no access to the building, and made it extremely inconvenient for me. DO NOT RENT IN THIS BUILDING!
