I had a great stay, nowadays it is bit pricey and noisy. Suparitendent Dan And Randy are extremely helpful.
I had been living here for 1 year now. and I did not find any insect in my apartment . it is great location close to library , subway station and restraunts . overall I had good experience living here. with this price living in such area , what else should we ask for ?
dirty, old fashion, Unpainted walls on halls, I have Cockroaches problem since im here. I am going to move next year for sure. Garages is terrific ugly and untidy. it is actually scary. Old elevators. I wouldn't recommended this building. I cannot wait to move.
You get what you pay for. This's one of the cheapest apartment buildings in downtown Toronto, and the living condition and management is just that.
