Wanted to come home and add more ingredients to it to save money. They didn't fill up the soup to the top. The soup doesn't even reach half the bowl. Never coming back 7months later....still no soup. It's not hotpot at this point

Nice little cozy place to grab quick bite. You can choose your bowl size and whatever ingredients to be cooked. Authentic Malatang favor. Added to my favorite restaurant list. PS: this kind food is meant to be taste spicy and peppery, please be mindful when choose your spicy level.

I’ve been there many times and ordered through Uber eats this time. It was always fine with medium spicy when I ordered in person. But when I ordered online this time, it was crazy spicy even thought I choose the same spiciness. I gave up after not eating half of it. Please make sure your recipe is clear.

I am very disappointed about food quality and safety. After I got this, I thought it was undercooked. Then I tried to cook it for another 10 mins, guess what? The color didn’t change at all! What kind of meat it is? I felt really bad and uncomfortable for the next 12 hours.

I didn’t come in with too high of expectations but it was actually really quite nice. They didn’t hold back on the spiciness so it was just right for us. We didn’t think it was overly expensive as some review had made us think. It’s not exactly cheap either but the price is reasonable I think. We came a bit later in the evening so the lamb looked a little questionable but otherwise good meal. A water station would have been nice too.

I paid $17 for the food in the picture. Not worth it in my opinion. My friend took me here because she said this place is popular. I knew it would be pricy when I found the food is pay-by-weight. The soup is a bit salty, but I like the strong black pepper taste.

Soup and the variety of food you can add into the pot is amazing. You can choose between different levels of spice/numbness. Price is a bit expensive per pot and I would usually average around $25+ after tips/tax.

I ordered this by Uber eats. Seriously i paid this $22.. i added some ingredients 50g each, but look at this. Mostly this noodles.. i was shocked.

Food wasn't so bad. But, it took 45mins to be served at a non peak time. Also, with pandemic going on now, they require customers to use masks and hand sanitizer but the staff inside wasn't wearing any mask. It is also questionable if the ingredients are kept clean because the staff without mask was picking up the ingredients for malatang for online order while talking to his coworker. I wouldn't visit again after seeing them how careless behave with food.
