Food was really good. It is always jam packed, only downfall for this location is you can not split your bill… so if you are going with friends someone will have to pay the whole bill. The food was amazing, we got their famous beef. If you’re South Asian and ask for the pork meatballs to be substituted the answer is no : but they were kind enough to let us know that they will remove them. Food was good. Servers need to be able to communication more. We were left out for awhile before we called for the server. Am I going to visit again? Maybe not this location but their other location.
The perfect place for a cold Vancouver night for individual hot pot. Ordered the Korean kimchi, Taiwanese spicy and seafood tofu. Portions were generous and taste delicious with the extra garlic dipping sauce. Our server was so polite and friendly. Always a hit here!
Tasty hot pot that comes with a free iced tea at lunch. You can choose from a variety of set hot pot combos which included rice or vermicelli. The curry cream and miso seafood and both were very tasty and filled with meat. No complaints :
I've been to this chain hot pot place a few times and the quality is consistently good. There are a lot of hot pot options to choose from and all come with a free cup of iced tea, black tea or green tea. The prices are cheaper for lunch than dinner, so for about 20 dollars including tip you can get a hot pot with plenty of ingredients. I often order the fermented stinky tofu hot pot or the Korean kimchi hot pot. The hot pot is filled with a lot of vegetables and pork belly. The servers are generally friendly. They usually cook all the ingredients before bringing the hot pot to the table and light the gas stove to keep the temperature. You can also order side dishes or extra hot pot ingredients .Overall, this is my favorite cozy and budget-friendly lunch spot on a rainy or cold day. Updated: the weather has been very cold, so I came here to eat many times but the experiences were not very good. One time, when I had a question about a side dish, the server answered unrelatedly. Today, I arrived at 12:20 and there were few customers, but the two employees were too busy to greet me, so I had to sit down by myself. Even after sitting down, no one paid attention to me, and after 15 minutes, I had to go to the counter to order my food by myself.
First time visiting here. We had the house special and lamb hot pot. Both taste very good. Would like to try other flavors like seafood or spicy one on the menu. I love the idea that one hot pot for one person.
My go to place for quick hot pot cravings. Love the individual pots and all the options. I usually rotate between beef, lamb or stinky tofu and enjoy all equally. I usually get ice green tea, it's refreshing. This time I ordered a passion fruit green tea, it wasn't great, asked for less sweet and it was still too sweet. Tapioca was too soft. If you feel like bubble tea, get it from an actual bubbly tea place.
Love at first sip - definitely a great reason to escape this BiPolar weather we have here! - they have tons of soup base to choose from that also has a lot of proteins that goes with it! And yes! They do have vegetarian option!!! Spicy? definitely a hot please!! Visit them today and make sure you bring you appetite because serving is huge that comes with a side of rice or noodles !! Also the line can get be long but hey! It’s worth waiting for!!! - kudos to Athena our server who is on training and did an amazing job on attending on us despite of how busy they are!!
I love little hot pot, it tasted good, the reason why they’re only got three stars because they don’t have services, We waited at the door at least 30 mins till we have table. During waiting none comes to talk to us. I can feel the staff who work here is not happy at all! which I understand short of staff but the owner should be rethink their management for running the store better. Not just the food.
Service was horrible - they took nearly half an hour to take our order, my girlfriend's meal arrived over ten minutes before mine, and our appetizer never came at all! They also put the extra pig blood my girlfriend ordered in my soup. The food was pretty good but a very disappointing experience overall.
Delish! Smart concept. A plethora of soup to choose from. Piping hot, the large bowl comes in a little stand that has a burner. Dish stays at boiling point. I had the chicken soup and it was brimming with chicken and seafood. Lunch comes with a complimentary ice tea that is yummy! You can't split the bill but you can definitely split lunch. Servers are sweet young ladies. I would definitely go back. Parking: It's Main St so the parking can be hard to find but it's worth it. Wheelchair accessibility: Bathrooms are not accessible for chairs or strollers.
