My wife and I spent a couple nights here for a quick little getaway. The cottages are clean and well kept, and the onsite owners are super friendly and attentive. It was very quiet and peaceful, with the woods right out our door. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
The only place we’ll stay in Bayfield! The cabins are in a perfect location if you are wanting to off road or snowmobile. Trails are right there! We walked the pretty trail from the cabins to the shops and marina. Cabins are extremely clean and Laura and Jonathan take great pride in ownership! Can’t wait to be be back!
Very happy with our stay here. The owners take meticulous care of the grounds and cottages. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Very friendly with very nice accommodations. Our cottage was clean, and well stocked.
Cute cottage was perfect for our family of four. The beds were comfortable and the place is very clean. Helpful hosts. You may want to bring your own pillow - theirs are very firm. If you're sensitive to light, know that the blinds are functional but don't block all of the early July morning sunshine. Cute deck with a table and chairs off the side of the cottage is a great touch. There are centralized gas grills available for use, and the cabin had it's own Weber grill. The community spaces are very inviting. Short and easy drive time for lots of hiking and also shops and food in both Bayfield and Washburn.
This is a wonderful place to stay in the Apostle islands area! You are in the woods and have a nice secluded feeling but you're still close to many of the towns in the area. It was nice having a single cabin. The rooms were nice and all rooms had cabin theme decor. The beds were a bit on the firm side as were the pillows. The water pressure in the shower was amazing and I liked the shower soap & shampoo dispensers. They give you plenty of towels which I loved. My family & I plan on going back up and staying there again!
