Winnipeg Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Fiat

Today is the first time that I can say I am very happy with the service I received from this dealership. I want to thank Geraldine Bernal ( service advisor ) and Kerry Adams ( service manager ) for the outstanding service. I had to take my Jeep in for an oil leak in the front struts, hoping it was on warranty, and unfortunately it was not. Further inspection, a leak in the oil cooler was detected and that was on warranty. I was questioning the advisor about charges for the inspection, and explaining the bad experiences at this dealership that I have had, and avoided it like the plague. Geraldine was very patient and listened to me about my concerns. She called the service manager and explained the situation. I couldn’t believe it, he listened and went on to take me to my car, showed me the problem, and didn’t talk down to me. Bringing my car in for warranty work only, my vehicle was never washed after service, and it was today. I had a positive experience today. New management makes a huge difference Thank you for the great service, you went above and beyond. Shout out to the shuttle drivers, courteous and polite.

I recently purchased my Cherokee Trailhawk from this dealership and must say it was the best dealership experience I have ever had! I’ve bought or leased 5 vehicles over the years and no other dealership come close to them. They are super friendly, professional, and most importantly efficient at completing the paperwork!!! Very special shout out to Mike and Noah and Greg in finance - you guys rock!!! Thanks for a great experience!

Apparently a diesel vehicle (Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit) is not part of the no appointment oil changes. They however got me into the shop. This was at 4:00PM. One of the service guys said he would even do it. I was impressed. I was not impressed with the bill $243 for an oil change even for a diesel 5-40W & filter. I gave the 4 star rating for service. I have yet to find out if the price of that service is rating a 4 star!

I bought a Dodge Grand Caravan (2013) from this dealership. The associate, Mr. Kunal provided a courteous service and went above and beyond to secure the deal. After purchasing the vehicle, I had to return to the dealership for a replacement of the windshield and noisy blower fan. It was done free of charge and gain with the same professional and courteous attitude. I am very impressed with their conduct.

Experiences at Wpg Dodge has never been amazing. I chose to give up to 4 stars in this survey because the lady that was conversing with in service worked very hard to have everything run smoothly. She was respectful, kind, punctual, understanding and asked the right questions to the people for the issues she could not address. For that i appreciate the service she had given me.
