I had just recently been helped in finding my first car and it was a bit nerve wracking finding one, but luckily I had a fellow named Ryan Banas help me find and set me up with my first major purchase. Over all the excellent service and very friendly staff !
My first car was the Hyundai Elantra 2020 with Birchwood everything was okay for the first year then my car started stalling for no reasons. Took it into the shop more than 5 times for the same problem. Was told everytime they believed they fixed the problem. Every time the car stalled 4+ times a day we almost got rear ended By another car, putting me and my family in danger. They had the car for a couple months straight. Only good thing they did was stop the payments while they had the car but that’s nothing comparing to almost getting into a a accident everyday. August/Sept of this Year 2022 they finally said enough is enough and offered to take the Hyundai Elantra lemon back WITHOUT transferring or Refunding what I paid already into the Elantra on to the new loan, They got me to start Fresh brand new loan plus the car they put me into is OLDER than the 2020 it’s a 2018 Nissan Sentra which cost more money for a car I didn’t even want. I want a Elantra that didn’t Stall and endangered my family. When signing the contract for the 2018 Sentra Noy had informed told and showed me and my family that the new loan will start October 14th 2022. Instead o get a letter from Scotia bank stating it’s starting Sept.30th 2022. I was lied to about the date and now will have a NSF Fee charge to my bank and on the Loan all thanks to Birchwood credit. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY UNLESS You want to get screwed over and Pay into a car you will never get them sign up with a new contract and pay much more than before !!!!! Worst company I’ve ever deal with. For sure will be sharing my experience everywhere ! UPDATE: I was contacted by a manager regarding the payment problem of where they had mixed up the dates. They are going to fix the payment issue by paying the payment amount that was due on Sept.30th,2022 they r making it right after the mistake. I really appreciate that. That problem is fixed. Still doesn’t help I’m out the money I paid for a car I don’t get to keep cause of a stalling problem Nobody could fix or figure out. But glad the payment issue has been resolved. I Thank Barry for that. He is trying to make it right. Thank you
Great experience with Birchwood Toyota. I ordered my vehicle in March and it arrived exactly when they said it would. Pick up was quick and easy. Xavier was excellent to deal with, highly recommend.
My appointment began with a friendly service advisor who made me feel like I was the most important customer they had. The technician msg'd me immediately to let me know that they were proceeding with the work & were available if I had questions. Work was completed on time, efficiently & professionally. Car wash was a nice perk! Comfortable wait while work was being completed. Thank-you!
Very friendly . I dropped my car off to get my sunroof replaced after some Osborne village degenerate thought it would be fun to break it. I'll continue this review as thing progress.
Recently bought 2022 HONDA CIVIC SPORT. Friendly staff specially TIFFNY for answering my all questions and helping me out. One of the best customer service in winnipeg.
