Always a pleasure working with Larry Groom! From the moment you walk in you feel comfortable and feel right at home. It is a no pressure sale and the vehicles are always top notch. The vehicles are clean and ready for a test drive. The prices are very reasonable and we were very impressed again. As return customers we count on Larry finding a vehicle we would like. My experience with Larry and Auto Gallery was the best it could be. I dealt mainly over the phone from Thunder Bay, explained my needs, Larry sent me pics, and info on a few vehicles that would meet my needs. On arrival in the Peg, I got over to the dealership and saw the vehicle they had found for me and it was all that they had described. I couldn't have been happier. The extras that I had asked for were all set up for me and the suppliers they had contacted bent over backwards for me and met my schedule. The office staff were friendly and efficient . They went the extra mile to get all the electronics set up for me. I would definitely deal there again. Larry is true to his word. Ill be BACK

We have been going to this dealership for the last 3 vehicles. Every time, the staff at Auto Gallery has gone above and beyond to find us the perfect car for what we want to pay. We have tried other dealerships, but they all seem to take what we can afford as the starting point. I can't tell you how many times we've heard, "For just a little more, look what I can give you!" Most people have a budget in mind and it's refreshing to see a car dealer stick to our budget instead of try to talk it up. Larry and the crew were very accommodating and professional. Would go back in a heartbeat. This time we purchased a Jeep Cherokee and the wife loves it!! We had already purchased a vehicle from this dealership a few years ago. It was nice to see the customer service hadn't changed a bit. Our salesman Larry did his best to show us the vehicles that were in our price point. All of them were very low kms and significantly reduced from the new car price. We settled on a Fusion with 7k on it. My wife loves her car and I would recommend this dealership highly.

I bought a Rogue from Larry Groom. He was a great help. He was very patient as I decided what vehicle to buy. Just went back to him for winter tires and he took good care of me again. Excellent customer support. I would recommend Larry and Auto Gallery to anyone looking for a car at a fair price and wicked service.
