I had a great overall experience with Capital and all of it's staff. At no time did I feel pressure about anything. I like that Sabbir was helpful in every way and Shane made sure I understood all options to find the best payment plan that worked for me. We bought one Ford Scape 2013 in Mid Town Ford and for 4 years I was complaining because they didn't take care correctly of the issues that comes from factory. Noise in winter produced by the back struts when is minus 20 (never fixed ) The radio commands didn't work some times and the screen went blank also some times. They charged me for update and the problem persisted. I claimed that I was complaining from day one and they didn't has registered it in the computer . After, they want to change the screen and charge me $1300.- I told the manager that I read in forums that it is a common problem so he should respond with the guaranty. His answer was: all family and my friends have Ford and any one has problems. I sent an email complaining and never receive any answer. I followed the instructions from the forums , restarted the system and screen didn't bother for 6 months. I went To Capital Ford Lincoln and a very nice guy Cage gave me excellent attention. He offered me to leave the car and check with the computer and they will charge $100. First I come back and put new tires; it was an amazing experience as a customer; the tires didn’t come on time and I lost my day so the manager Todd gave me free oil change to compensate it. Later I come back for the test, they found that Ford had one extension warranty for this problem, thing that Mid Tow Ford didn't care . The foreman mechanic Christopher, drove whit me for half an hour, trying to find the intermittent issue with out luck . They fixed and the problem persisted two days later, screen totally blank, but this time, Chris saw it and took care of it. The manager that also gave me an amazing attention ordered a new screen and all under warranty . I am waiting for the part to come. This company is amazing and I recommend to any Winnipeg Ford user.

Cynthia is an excellent service representative. However, I was interested in looking at a new or newer car but no one in sales seemed interested in talking to me.

One of the best in Winnipeg. Great staff! Car was fixed as promised. Shuttle service was on time and the driver is awesome. It sucks when your car breaks, but they make it a little less of a crappy experience. I'll be back.

Mark Elliott is fantastic to work with! No hidden agendas, he truly wants to find the vehicle that is right for you. I would recommend Mark to anyone. Location is great with a clean, open, and friendly environment.
