Picked up my new vehicle yesterday. My overall experience was extremely positive. Kelly Walsh was exceptional. From the time I walked in I felt welcome and at ease. She asked all the right questions to ascertain what type of vehicle I was interested in. Kelly quickly located a vehicle that matched what I was looking for. She knows everything about the vehicle inside and out. Any questions I had were quickly answered and /or shown while in the vehicle. Kelly made sure introductions to staff were made and ensured everything from financing, to inside support went smoothly and easily. I can’t say enough about how professional Kelly was. It made my buying experience very,very positive. I definitely have no issue referring others to Kelly and to River City Ford Sales Ltd.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Kelly Walsh, not only was she friendly but she exceeded my expectations. She was able to upgrade me into a newer vehicle in better shape, for the same price point, and wasn’t pushy in the slightest like most typically are. I noticed a valve leak on the front drivers tire, and called Kelly about this issue.. and right away she told me that they will pick it up, fix it under the warranty and drop it back off at my house! Which she personally drove it back for me! I run a business and she understands that my time is precious.. I will definitely be dealing with her again! Thanks Kelly!

Had a very great experience here. I had Andrea help me and show me around she was very helpful and a knowledgeable woman. She made the experience what it was with her great attitude and kindness when back looking for a new vehicle again I will be sure to come back

I factory ordered a 2018 Ford Escape from Andrea at River City Ford and she was absolutely amazing! I love my car, and Andrea was Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, I would definitely recommend going to see her to my friends and family. The team at River City is always so genuine, and truely make you feel like a valued customer, for that I will only deal with them.

This place is a NIGHTMARE to deal with. We were sold a truck that was absolutely garbage. We went back and demanded to return the truck because we hadn't even put 20 km on it and it was already acting up. They did not want to make right. Eventually, after multiple discussions about the truck having illegal parts on it and almost causing a disaster, they agreed to take it back. It was a nightmare of a process. Now, we are forced to go to this dealership for oil changes. Each oil change we have to get it seems we are always charged way more than they say we will be. After going over the bill and often having to show them where the prices don't make sense, they again make it "right". Well today was the last straw for us. My husband went in and was clear about defining the prices (because we have to be that way with them now to avoid going over wrong charges later) off the start. We are both very understanding of running a business and wanting to succeed, so by no means are we asking for charity. But once again today my husband went to pick up the truck and AGAIN the charges did not add up. The lady that worked on this that morning had said she made him aware that he would be told about charges so he could approve them before actually doing them. He was not made aware and when he asked her about this, both her and her manager did not do anything about it. They even managed to charge us double once again for an oil change. They fixed that AFTER going over the charges. They have ripped off the front license plate plastic and not told us about it. We noticed before driving away. They told us they would get us a new one, but didn't bother mentioning it until we noticed it ourselves. I do not understand how a business continues to run in such a way? We called River City as per the response below asking us to call Derek. We left a message for Derek and never heard back.
