Our school band, from Southern Alberta, stayed at this hotel during festival season, March 2017. What a delight! The staff were generous and helpful as our students needed assistance. Where the staff went above and beyond was in the case where one of our students became very ill and was unable to leave the hotel room to attend the festival. With approval from the parents, the student was able to stay in the room while the band attended the festival. The chaperones continued to check on the student and the hotel extended the check-out time well into the late afternoon until it was time to board our bus home. The staff were caring, generous and very kind. They also expressed appreciation for our well behaved students (apparently unique!) and we look forward to staying at the Wingate by Wyndham Edmonton West each time we attend Edmonton events. Thank you so much for providing a lovely stay!

You never know what to expect with hotels. This was a great hotel. Staff were friendly, and the room had very nice vaulted ceilings which made the room feel a lot bigger and more comfortable for my 2 days. I will be sure to book at this hotel in the future and will ask for the 1st floor just to have the higher ceilings.

Room was big! We really liked the smell of the shampoo and conditioner provided. Pool with slide and hot tub was great. Breakfast was also awesome! Would definitely recommend.

I recommend this hotel to anyone. Always clean and great service. Breakfast is always awesome... My kids love the pool here. We are in the rewards program and are close to our free room. :)

Awesome place to stay! Great continental breakfast, friendly staff, and very clean rooms and common areas. There is a nice pool, with a waterslide, and a small fitness room. Definitely recommend staying here.
