We stayed here for 4 days last winter. It was pretty good. Lots to do in the area. Close to shopping. Fairly clean. Good pool. Staff never seemed super friendly however.

We had a wonderful stay! The bed was very comfortable and the water in the pool was nice and warm, but the best part was the incredibly friendly service. Everyone was kind and welcoming. We appreciated the delicious food and the great service at the restaurant, especially from Laurel, Andrea, and Chris.

Though the rooms are dated, they are clean, and the beds are small but comfortable. The pool has excellent hours 7 AM to 11 PM, and there is a hotel run a convenience store with lots of snacks. The location is perfect for accessing Edmontons downtown without the downtown prices. The staff were friendly and very helpful, we would stay here again. On-site parking was free.

We stayed at this hotel for the weekend so we could attend Edmonton Expo 2024. It's a great location, being directly across the road from Kingsway Mall and only a 15 minute drive from the Edmonton Expo Centre which was also a very straightforward drive, so that's a big bonus.nnThe staff were all very friendly and pleasant to interact with when checking in and out both were very simple and quick processes.nnThere is a 24/7 private convenience store in the lobby with products like chips, candy, ice cream, frozen dinners, toiletries, sandwiches, yogurts, bananas, coffee, and even little plushies. You just gather your things and pay for them at the front desk, which is very convenient!nnThe restaurant upstairs had a decent amount of options to choose from, the pool area had a slide and a hot tub, and the fitness room in the basement was clean and quiet. The fitness room has a dumbbell rack + a bench, a few different cardio machines, and a cable machine with several handle options to choose from.nnOur room was clean and had everything we needed, other than soundproofing and blackout blinds. The hotel is fairly quiet itself so there weren't very many noisy people roaming the hallways just kids, so we didn't often get bothered by noise if it wasn't early in the morning. When the hotel workers start their cleaning routine in the early morning, that's when the noise is prominent.nnWe had an otherwise lovely stay!

Clean and well organized. The beds and linens are comfortable. The pool is simple but nice.nOne strange thing is that every room has a large window which faces into a public hallway. There is a roller blind that protects  privacy. However it is not blackout quality. Your room always has light from outside the room.nOther than that, I would recommend if you need access to commonwealth stadium, Royal Alex hospital, Glenrose rehab centre. It is across the street from Kingsway mall and close to public transit including LRT.
