The front desk staff were very pleasant. The rooms are very dirty.nWhen I got to my room a spent the first 20 minutes sanitizing the bathroom after finding balls of hair on the floor and in the tub. I then went to the beds stayed in a room with two queens, one had what looked like black dog hair all in the sheets and the other bed had stains on it.nI called to switch rooms, the front desk staff were again pleasant, however when I switched rooms the room they put me in had bodily fluids on the lamp shade and wall.- I have pictures but I will spare you gross details.nI left this hotel in the middle of the night to go stay in Edmonton.nWhen I told the front desk staff of what I was experiencing, he offered to inspect the room and give me another. I declined a third room.
I have stayed at this hotel many times and I just have to say all the staff in every department are amazing. The hotel is spotless clean.nEspecially at the front desk, they are always kind and efficient especially Kendra. She Is professional at her job.nI have stayed at many other Holiday Inn’s and they also are up to standard and they go above and beyond to make the guest happy.nWhile in Spruce Grove, if you ever want to stay in a fantastic place, choose the Holiday Inn express!!!
We spent the weekend here as part of our church's couple's retreat. The check-in process was seamless and the staff at the front desk were really helpful. They gave us all the information we needed including WiFi passwords and the times for food within the hotel.nnOur room was cool and had two double beds. It also had all the stuff a regular hotel room will have nothing fancy.nnHighlight of this hotel for me was the breakfast bar. They had such a wide variety of food for breakfast including kid friendly options and the whole room could both go. I don't know if it was an arrangement with my church.nnAnyways great experience overall.
Absolutely amazing service the room was very clean and tidy. Parking is great and good breakfast in the morning. Most definitely be back as it’s my go to hotel while I’m staying in Spruce Grove. Thank you holiday inn
Excellent value hotel for families - originally booked a 2 bed standard room for a family trip but decided to bring a grandparent. Small charge to upgrade to a room with a cooktop plug in, fridge and sitting room with a pull out sofa. Plenty of room for our family of 5.nnLate checkout was not available and the hot tub is out of service for October through December. A little disappointed they didn’t offer anything for the hot tub being out, especially because the pool is tiny and has no slides or seating. However the included breakfast was great - several hot food options, baked goods, etc. No milk alternative options offered for anyone with dairy allergies or vegan diets, but still had some options with fruit and oatmeal and bread/toast.
