Wingate by Wyndham Streetsboro/Cleveland Southeast

John is AMAZING as a front desk/ concierge. Makes every stay there all I need and MUCH MORE... He makes sure I have eta pillows and everything is working properly. Even has maids pre-cool the rooms he's booking on hot days like today.

The staff on site were incredibly friendly and hospitable. The reason we marked 3 stars is because the internet was not very functional and we often had trouble connecting. there was also a limited breakfast and what was there was fresh tasting and hot. We probably would have given a three and a half if that was an option.

Was very clean and quiet. Stayed just one day but, enjoyed it. I would stay again.

I was at the hotel recently for a work related event. The lobby and rooms (both conference and personal) are well maintained and clean. Chairs in the conference rooms seem a little dated though and are not comfortable for long periods of time. At times the temperature seems difficult to predict or regulate, but it isn't a deal breaker type of issue. Spacious and clean dinning area.
