Too expensive for the crappy slab of concrete I am on. They don't send you a bill and their maintenance men don't do anything. Don't even pray for them to plow.

Out of state owners who keep raising the lot rent without improvements.

No play area for kids. They don't send a bill to you. They send you a water bill but it is supposed to be included with your rent. They lie and cheat.
