You need an ice machine on the second floor. We also had issues with the shower not working right. The beds and pillows though were awesome and that was the most important thing of our stay, being able to sleep. Room was nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding staff.  Very comfortable beds.  Family friendly!  Big pool with perfect temperature. Great deal for the money!

The rooms were very nice and clean. We had a problem with the extra service charge for being under the age of 21. We said we were paying in cash for the room and they still charged our account for the cost of the room and would not resolve the problem. For that, I had to pay for the room and the overdraw fees from the bank because I did not have money in my account, it was in cash.

Very comfortable stay. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 stars rating is at check-in, they tried to charge me an extra $20 late check-in fee, saying I could only check in between 3-6PM. Needless to say, I refused to pay, and they didn't make me, so not sure what's up.

NEVER EVER will I stay there again!  Beds super hard, pool was COLD, absolutely nothing in room but 2 beds, not very clean, not one comfort item... Not happy.
