Place is horrible do not buy from here!!!! Like the other review said it's prison!!!! They will let others have trash everywhere as for the people they don't like they will cry if you don't have enough air in your car tire trust me I got a letter on the door that my car would he removed if it didn't get more air!!!! DON'T BUY FROM HERE an if you have a problem they say MOVE

Any mobile home park owned by UMH properties is any tenants worst nightmare and this is the opinion of a previous tenant

I think this place could use more of an upgrade. And do a better background check. 
They need to get the maintenance in gear on some of their stuff that they do. And treat the renters better.
