We were only here for a quick overnight sleep and go but the staff was polite and the rooms were comfy enough. No overwhelming smell in the rooms and the bathroom was clean. If there was a breakfast offered I didn't see it. Pillows were actually comfortable for some cheap hotel pillows.

The hotel staff are quite friendly and awesome. I stayed here last year and they remembered me from last year and gave me a room similar to the room I had last year which has a huge shower in it which is totally amazing. They also have a pool during the warm seasons I usually go during the winter lol but the pool is nice looking :)

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible! Toilet had splashes of urine on the back of the toilet seat and lid. The tub was unclean with dirt rings around and at the bottom of the tub. The bed was comfortable and was able to have a slight piece of mind after seeing the mattress on one of the beds had a bed bug mattress slip cover. I checked out at 9am and the only breakfast available was juice, milk and two options of cold cereal. No fruit, etc.

The comforter had a mold spot on it. I definitely wouldn’t use the word clean but it was ok for a night. Working in healthcare I did a check for bed bugs to ease my mind, none found but the mattress was something I would’ve preferred not to see. The phone looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever which made me afraid to look further. They did offer me a new room but I had no reason to believe a new room would’ve been any better. Two stars because I forgot my iPad and they called me to tell me so their honesty was much appreciated.

Best plc to stay near Kent uni...best staff with excellent room service. Room is clean with freshness. Good breakfast.
