Since 1969 we have been there to help!

We specialize in hard to source interior and exterior home finishing products including flooring, doors, mouldings and especially wood products. We believe in responsible sourcing, high quality products and supporting our local communities. Our 61 stores are located across Western and Central Canada and the Northwestern USA and over the years, we have established ourselves as much more than a local building supply company. A key part of our success is our emphasis on providing exceptional customer service and competitive pricing. Our business model is also very different, not top-down, as is typical of most franchise groups but more akin to a co-op. Windsor Plywood stores utilize their buying power as a group to specialize in hard to source products but each of our locations are also locally owned and independently operated; often family affairs, passed down through the generations. Each store is staffed by qualified personnel who are capable of giving good advice, are product knowledgeable, and can offer suggestions to the average do-it-yourselfer or home handy person. Because our philosophy requires a “hands on” type of management, store managers are most often found serving customers on their own sales floor, resulting in better service levels and a sincere desire to help our customers with whatever they need to help get the job done right.
