Great service but deceptive Sale pricing. Big sign on the wall say 40% off sticker price on runners. Arrive at check out and the Nikes were already reduced but not by 40% but only about 15%. $99.99 regular price shoes $86.98 @ Checkout. Not false advertising but just deceptive business practices. Bought the shoes anyway. They had better last.
Second visit was just as good as the first! Both times I've been here, I got assistance for shoes right away. Big store, Big selection!
Great store! Staff are very helpful! Very neat and organized. So far I like this sportchek the most! Definitely deserves a 5 star rating!
Sent my hubby here for school shoes for our son, within the 2 weeks we owned them unworn in box he had grown into that size, we brought them back to the store in hopes of an exchange for a bigger size, the girls were so friendly and helpful; we not only got a bigger size but they were also on sale so we got a price adjustment!
Easy to find most products due to size it is understandable they might not have a big selection and helpful staff members checking where I could acquire said item at anther location or other stores if it's a more specialized product. Wanted cheap but fictional shoes and there was no sales pressure or pushing. If you give them a budget/ filter on needs, they will work with it, if you got no limits they are also helpful. I gone in for shoes, came out with shoes and rubber bands to help my do front lever risers till I can solo it.
Was helped and got fitted for a proper compression sleeve dor my elbow and girls very good at making sure you get what needed
Unfortunately, I think I have the exact same person helping me out. The girl was on her device phone/scanner. I hate shopping for shoes to begin with and the experience that I had with her was just terrible. I just wanted to get the shoes and get out of there. I talked to the woman at the front till about my experience. But I also know how these things work with minimum wage jobs. Just because somebody hates their job doesn't mean that they can just completely ignore customer. Really really awful.
Came in October 10th around 14:00 to purchase two pairs of shoes and some winter wear. I couldn’t find anybody to assist me, I walked around the entire store, I checked in at the front and asked for assistance, the only staff member I saw appeared to be quite literally hiding in a corner on her phone in the middle circular section of the store. When I saw that I left. I ended up walking out without making a purchase. I ended up going to the Nike store at the mall and was assisted promptly. In these times I’m of the opinion stores can’t afford to let their staff be so unprofessional and disorganized. The days of in-store shopping are dying and I can see why. Never was a huge fan of this sportchek location but it’s safe to say I’ll avoid them in the future.
Super helpful employees and very patient with my trying on a million shoes
It provide people with a variety of sporting goods, including all the new releases of athletic gear before they are released to other retailers in Canada. This means that you don't have to wait in line as long when trying to purchase your favourite items just because you live in Canada.
