Nike Factory Store

Boxing day 2022, my wife and I waited for 40mins+ and we had about a 20 people a head of us, so she decided to use the washroom. By the time she got back there were about 8/9 people ahead of us, she re joined the line and one of the staff asked her to leave "we saw her entering the line without waiting in line. Sorry, one of you can enter and the other go back to the end of the line". The people behind us told the staff thay she was her from the beginning, she just stepped out. I greatful that a few people spoke for us, but another staff came by and said, " I saw her cutting in the line just before you are about to enter. I'm sorry she has to leave." Very unreasonable and un sympathetic staff. I dont recommend anyone to shop here if they have unreasonable staff. Sorry for the other staff members.

they are double charging!!! i went back to return an item for a refund because it did not fit well. instead of doing a refund, they processed it as a purchase by “mistake”. they took the item back and now my card was charged double! i was about to go home but when i noticed a new purchase instead of refund on my card so i rushed and went back to speak to the manager l. it was 9pm and they just recently closed, but i can see the POS / computers were still on. staff were still there but they did not want to take accountability for charging me twice and wanted me to come back next business day which is about 40mins drive from my place or $55 one-way uber! poor customer service!!! instead of taking a minute to refund both transactions, they asked me to leave and just come back again. wow!!!

I was here on July 31st around 1pm, what I liked is that the staff had made sure to have a good balance of customers waiting in line to go in, shoppers and people lining up to pay for their items. My wife and I appreciate this as it keeps the store organized, customers are well attended to and there was a great selection of shoes and clothing. I found this bomber style jacket that fit like a glove and I didn't have to wait long in line to pay, the cashiers were super efficient. From my experience, I'd recommend this place to my friends and family.

Overview: Solid amount of selection and lives up to the “outlet” name. Staff: Present and one person approached us which was very helpful. The rest seemed avoidant. Cleanliness/moderness: Organized and clean store. Would I go back? Yes, the deals on specific items that I was looking into were well worth going to the outlet for.

GreT store very friendly staff and also very helpful. Told them I needed shoes for working on my feet all day gave me several choices and also even have size 15 shoes which is the first store I have found in the area that Carrie's shoes this big.

I like this store a lot! With the restrictions there is usually a line up but going during the week is the way to go. Great deals on the walls and in the racks! The selection isn’t picked though as much as other Nike stores in Alberta. The staff are very helpful even amidst all the busy crowds and the store is kept in good shape also. Come if your looking for a good seasonal shoe. Don’t come if you are just going to scalp the shoes.

The store was nice but the shoe selection had nothing to appeal to someone. All styles were ugle so I went to Famous footwear and found a better selection.

It's not busy on a weekday. You can take your time choosing your style. Cheap t-shirts too. Great place.

Staff here are all super friendly. One of them even greeted me three times. Great place to find good shoes and save a few bucks. The clothing prices weren’t that great though. The adidas store next door had better markdowns on products. But I generally prefer Nike.
