Courtney the assistant manager is awesome. A bed was purchased. The day came for pick and I went and got it for the person. They didn't realize they bought a different size than the bed they had. Courtney helped us with a frame and headboard that was Discounted. After the 1st night on the bed it was too high for them. Again Courtney came to the rescue and found us a low profile boxspring. She did all the paperwork over the phone and all we had to do is go pick it up from the other place we returned the other one at the same time. All on the weekend. Super helpful staff and I totally recommend this store.
The manager there, Jennifer, was amazing! Found out our needs and budget regarding bedroom set and had us ship shape, satisfied and on our way in less than an hour. No pressure, just honesty. Then we called her tonight for another piece of furniture and she found exactly what we needed, walked us through the payment as she was arranging delivery based on our previous order and 15 minutes later, done and dusted. Yay! Jennifer. Give that girl a bonus!
Me and my husband went to this Bricks and It was one of the best experiences ever! We got assigned with Jennifer, who was so kind and helpful. Would definitely go again!
Just to say thank you to Jennifer. She was very knowledgeable on on the products and very helpful on recommending different types of products that were available. Thank you for your help and assistance Jennifer.
Jolene was AMAZING!!! She helped us while in store and answered all of our questions. After purchasing our mattress from her we went to another location to look at a bed frame and it was a nightmare. We called Jolene and explained our concerns and she happily helped us and did everything over the phone. All we had to do was walk in and pay the difference. It was so nice and she was so friendly. We will always recommend her and will definitely go back to her for pillows
Bought a mattress set two weeks ago to be delivered last Friday because they said they only deliver to our area on Fridays. Not delivered. They never bothered to phone us and explain why not. The next day, I went to get my money back. The manager talked me into letting them deliver it today Friday at significant inconvenience to us. It was not delivered. They did not bother to phone us to explain why. Again. I phoned them and now they say they only deliver to our area on Tuesdays. They lied to us twice. Going in tomorrow to get my money back. Never waste your time buying anything from The Brick. Anywhere. Ever.
Great customer service. Ordered 2 bed frames and a mattress and in a week had them delivered to my place. Staff was awesome to work with and ver accommodating! Would definitely recommend and buy from leduc location again!
Don was very helpful with the purchase of our mattress for our holiday trailer. We were on a budget and he was able to work within that budget, showing and discussing options that worked for us. We left with a new mattress and new pillows. We were very happy with the service and the product.
Jolene was a gem to deal with. Went in looking for specific pillows and she took her time to show me different ones finding my perfect match. I would highly recommend anyone needing a new mattress set and accessories to go see Jolene and Don at this location.
