Older staff try and help you out. The younger staff, seem to be forced to have to do there job, there ARE exceptions, and maybe the kids just have off days. Can be some good sales, we buy our school supply's here and they give out AIR MILES

Very rude staff. Bad job. Also they told me they can fix the job with extra charge.

Terrible services. I went in to get some documents laminated and scanned, and every thing was completed messed up. Took over an hour to fix it while I was there. Then Miranda was going to charge me the original amount where I had to remind her for the whole hour of wasted time I had to spend waiting for them to fix everything. I would go here to buy items, but I wouldn't show up here to get any documentations worked on. Employees seem to need more training, they are nice just not knowledgeable from my observations.

This is not a product rating, but a personnel rating. I'm a patient person as a rule. I waited for the cashier who was "busy" at the copier. She was also distracted by the discussion over at the exchange counter. In the meantime a lineup grew behind me. She didn't look back to her cash register once. I finally said, "There's a lineup beginning here!" As she walked over I could tell by her scowl that she was less than impressed! She asked if I had air miles, which I did and she "snatched" the card from my hand. As she handed the card back I returned the favour. I am aware that the people here are not being paid a lot of money. I am also aware that everyone has a bad day. I am also aware some people are better equipped to deal with the public in the service sector and the challenges the public may present. On this day she was not well equipped.
