Downsview Long Term Care

The working staff is very friendly. They give residents warm hugs, make them laugh, and offer help without hesitation. The facility is always kept clean, with numerous air purifiers ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. I didn't expect such attentive care until I saw it firsthand.

My dad lived here for almost a year and a half. The staff is so lovely. They truly care about the residents. The place is kept very clean and organized which was very nice to see. I’m very grateful my dad got to spend his last part of life surrounded by such amazing caregivers.

From the leadership team to the nurses/PSWs and all support staff..couldn't ask for a better place for my father to be cared for. No place is perfect! However the efforts that the entire staff puts in with cleaning to caring to feeding and relationships with our family! we are extremely pleased!

My mom was at Downsview for her last few months. She received the best care I have ever seen. The staff was so caring and responsive that she was incredibly happy being there. Thank you to the best staff I have ever seen in a long term care facility.

This is my first visit at this home and the staff are very warm and friendly. The residents looked very well cared for. The facility is clean do not smell, even on the care floors. I would definitely be recommending this home to my friends who needs LTC.
