Update: Management from this location personally reached out with a sincere apology. Went back and had a much better visit. ____________ I've had generally good experiences here in the past, but today has put me off from ever visiting again. The staff member who took my order was rude and dismissive, not only to me, but noticeably so to every patron in line. After ordering, I waited over 20 minutes only to be told that she never submitted my order. Now being out of time, I asked for a refund instead of my food. She couldn't refund to my debit due to some restriction, so instead refunded to cash, throwing the change down onto the table instead of into my waiting hand. Not once did she apologize for her mistake, but instead openly vented to another staff member in front of me. 2 stars not 1 in recognition of another staff member who was incredibly apologetic and offered to comp whatever food/drink I'd like. She was exemplary and I hope her approach becomes more common at this location.

Good place to meet a friend for lunch. Noisey and busy. Food is ok.

It was empty Saturday and Sunday around 7:30am when we came in. On both mornings, the staff at the counter was misserable, and we seemed to interrupt their standing around. My coffee mug was filled to the brim so I had to slurp some off the top so I could carry my coffee to the table. Not sure if this is the norm for this place, but definitely not an inviting place to enjoy a weekend morning.

Best soup and sandwich available in town. Great place for a quick yet wholesome lunch. Quick service too!
