Crossroads Board Game Café

Love this place! The owner is so nice and personable every time that myself and my friends go! The food and drinks are really good as well! They have a variety of games that are appropriate for small groups as well as bigger groups! The owner also helped us pick out some fun games when we were unsure. Definitely would recommend!

I spent a few hours here on a Friday night. They have a good collection of board games as would be expected. The music want too loud, and the table service was reasonably prompt and quite friendly. They have a few beers on tap, more in bottles and have cocktails as well. There are snacks available. I had fun.

This is one of, if not the, best board game cafes in the area. Great service, plenty of selection, great location, and most importantly, plenty of SPACE. As any board game enthusiast knows, some of the best games need lots of table space and lots of people, especially when everyone also has a drink or a snack. The more tables you can fit together and the more chairs you can cram around those tables, the better. Crossroads has it together. Also, burrito boyz is right downstairs if you get REALLY hungry. I went to a meetup here a couple of weeks ago. What a perfect night.

My friend & I had a great first time here. Staff were friendly, helpful and quick. The owner (I believe) helped us choose games and was super passionate, and knowlegable! Food sizes are generous. Overall we had a fun time and will definitely be returning.

Love that they have video game consoles and plenty of tables, but: the menu is somewhat limited compared with other board game cafes, especially for vegetarians. The night that we went the steamer was broken. Microwaved pork buns were chewy and raw (the dough). We decided to just eat what we had initially ordered, pay, and head home for dinner, yet we were still charged a $12 fee ($6 x 2) for playing games. We hadn't even played a game before leaving. Having worked as a server before and all things considered... I probably would have waived the game fee in this scenario. Disappointing experience. If they had more veg options I might consider returning. This feels like a very student-oriented location in the sense that they have a lot of drinks on the menu but they are lacking in food options.
