PHENOMENAL first time visit to this wonderful spot! Everything so fresh and REAL tasting! I can't wait for my next visits to work my way down the menu - all yummy looking! Today's decision was the fantastic breakfast, with farm-fresh eggs, super-delicious back bacon, and some wonderful homemade jam and almond butter for my multi-grain toast! Yes, I've used a lot of exclamation points here, but this place is a winner! Thanks, Seven Shores. We'll see you again soon!

Oh I loved this place, the food was awesome and the coffee was good. Tonnes of things for kids! They have a play area so my kid played with random other kids whole we talked the whole time.

Personable staff on site! Cute cafe with electric outlets and Internet. A good number of seats available for a smaller store. Perfect for studying or intimate hangouts with friends. Music was played at the perfect volume. And their coffee was great, and they offer free refills. Food is decent as well.

My favourite thing about this cafe is that they make their baked goods fresh in house and they usually have 1-3 vegan options which is rare for baked goods at a cafe. Ive seen them make vegan cupcakes, banana loafs, muffins, cookies, granola bars, lemon squares, sticky buns all kinds of things! They also have great, healthy foods. The soup of the day is occasionally vegan as well and they have oatmeal, spring rolls, hummus and veggie dip and a veggie burger that you can modify to be vegan. I eat here and study here all the time and I haven’t had a bad experience. They could have easily made their two washrooms one for male and one for female, but they chose to go with gender neutral signs instead which is very nice and makes customers more comfortable. I just wish they were open a little later.

Love seven shores. Great vibe if you like a natural and rustic feel. The food is amazing for those that have restrictions. They have the BEST BAKED GOODS FOR VEGANS AND GLUTEN-FREE. It is busy and sometimes hard to get a seat, but well worth it.
