Williams Fresh Cafe

Very busy but fast service considering. Fresh food. Vegetable sandwich was amazing with the goats cheese. Waffles not as good as they used to be. Fluffy but toppings we're more simple. Green tea latte was bland and too milky. Will be back.

I used to be a happy patron of Williams Cafe. I would go 2 or 3 times a week. As their prices started to climb I just slowly got away from going. Today I went into the West St location in Brantford and was surprised how far it had declined. Tables were not cleaned. Small line up was slow. Didn't have 2 of the items we asked for. Staff indifferent. Even if they were short handed as it appeared....the dried coffee stains on the counter were within 14 inches of the cashier who paid no attention to them whatsoever. I am a business owner. I own 5 businesses. I would be serioisly embarrassed to find any of my businesses in that state. It will be another 3 or 4 years before I go back there again. The franchisor should try a few site visits and see if this is how they want their brand represented.

Great food, great staff, I like coming here to study but it’s 99% impossible because they only have one customer outlet..? It’s not that much trouble to put a few more in because I would much rather come here than go to timmies but I don’t exactly have a choice..

Attended last night. Had two coffees, the French onion soup and my wife had the rice box with salmon. Extremely disappointed. The French onion soup was warm at best with a slice of unmelted cheese tossed on top. The rice box was cold and when they microwaved it the second time, the salmon was inedible. For $30, it was ...never go again. The place is not the same since the fire or with the new ownership.

It's a Williams, if you've been to one, you've been to all of them. This place is pretty good as far as Williams goes. Lots of places to sit down and work while you eat / drink your coffee. It gets a little loud when there are a lot of people there.
