Wild Wing

Terrible experience, ordered online and picked up my order. This is the amount of fries I got for 2 different orders with fries included. Called to ask where my second order of fries was and the lady went back and forth saying “we sometimes put the fries together and that’s two orders of fries in one” would you put two separate side orders together? Let alone barely enough for two people. And I paid over 40$ , for what you see in the picture. NOT WORTH. Go elsewhere

Terrible management and staff. They lie about whether they’ve started your order or not, they aren’t even pleasant to deal with. Would not recommend to anyone. Ordered takeout, was told it would be 15 min - went in after 20 min and was told it would be 2 min - the kitchen hadn’t even seen the order yet. It was also completely dead in there. Just awful - try a different location. New management took over and it’s pure trash. Also once I got the food the fries were raw and the wings were dry. They obviously rushed it out.

Disappointing last few times. Wings never have any sauce on them, almost served dry. This seems to be the theme now and portions are smaller than they used to be. We tried take out one last time hoping it would be better but for us, its now very lackluster. I asked to ensure that they were “saucy” due to a previous experience of being served almost dry on takeout and as a result I was charged extra for extra sauce when in fact they still didn’t have very much on them. Needless to say I cant see myself returning, there are other places to go. I will say the employees are always friendly. If you want business to continue you need to make sure the food quality is up to the standard for the prices being charged.

Okay, this review has two parts: 1. good, 2. not so good. 1. Location itself is good in a newer strip mall with plenty of parking. Wings and Nachos ordered. Wings were medium/large size with 6-8 in a single order. Two serving Staff tried really hard with service and were attentive to all tables. No long waits for anything. 2. Cleanliness was definitely an issue. Floor to ceiling Windows take up two walls of the restaurant, appeared to be cleaned with a dirty rag, tape residue from what ever posters they might have hung from the past. Check and clean the bathrooms more regularly, including what more disgusting customers might spit out in the sink. Cutlery and side plates also appeared not to have been thoroughly cleaned and thus we did not use them. For a wing specialty place, napkins provided with cutlery could be a bit more robust: although brown paper towel roles were provided. Menus also should be more thoroughly wiped clean. Extras like sauces were in teeny tiny plastic contaniners, including ones we paid extra for. A bit of a "cheap out" impression. We ordered bottled beverages, so can't comment on glassware, although one soft drink was ordered and served in a plastic-frosted glass like a cafeteria might serve in Wild Wing Corp, your menu needs some work too.... Way too much information layed out poorly. In these inflationary times, it is time to up your game on the simple things, aka cleanliness is an easy thing to fix and be consistent with. Kid-friendliness: Appeared to be fine for children. Parking: Plenty of open outdoor parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Appeared to be acceptable for accessibility. Single floor location with a 2-door vestibule style entrance. Did not notice if they had automated doors.

Awesome wing experience! Usually go to Buffalo wild wings or other restaurants but gave this place a try after hearing about it from some friends. Great wings and service, cannot wait to comeback

Sponge was found in one of my Chicken wings. When I showed the waiter what I found and he told us that he couldn’t do anything about it because the table already had a discount we got the 5 wing deal and he told us the kitchen staff could not verify if it came from their kitchen or if we put it on our meal. I was not pleased with that comment. The wings were good until we found the sponge. They told us if we ever come again to talk to the manager and we may get a deal. I won’t be returning

Amazing staff, Amazing experience definitely coming back in the week. Zaid is a amazing chef food came out fast and very tasty.

8.99 for an order of fries and there was hardly enough! What a rip off. Mozzarella sticks weren’t even cooked through. Not ordering here again.

Despite the industry wide staff shortages, this place really does it best in trying to ensure the best customer service. Wings were delicious.

Very disappointed in the food quality. Ordered 2 wing singles one had sweet potato fries and one with onion rings. First thing i was deeply disappointed in was the onion rings and sweet potato fries... really soggy and not crispy like i would like them to be.. also the wings were very dry and cruchy i got through 3 wings and then called it there. I used to go here for beers and wings with friends not anymore after this experience.
