The woman needing my pita goes out of her way to make sure you get all the best toppings. She always puts a nice smiley face on your pita wrapper! The other staff there do not compare to her. She makes me want to come back.
Tasty and healthy options, really like the ones I have tried so far. Adding to my original review, tried the bowl today and it was really tasty. Great option for those days your craving carbs.
horrible staff. extremely rude and disrespectful. failed to inform me at the cash that it’s extra for different cheeses then proceeded to argue with me about it when i have never been to this location before. other locations have never gave me an issue with multiple cheeses. staff here is repulsive for customer service. do better.
I just moved back to Georgetown and have been here twice, staff is so friendly, quick and everything is very fresh and delicious.. my favourite spot in town now .. keep up the great Work ladies ..
We ordered lunch for eight people both bowls and sandwiches, but they were just filled with spinach, nothing else. Upon calling,the rep on service refused to admit and just washed her hands on it It was just like eating bowl of spinach
I've been here at lunchtime noonish twice in the last 2 months. There is never a question about food quality or freshness but with lack if customer service. Both times 1 person taking the orders and making the orders does not cut it on a weekday when you need to grab lunch and head back to work. If I wanted to wait 15 or 20 minutes for food I would have chosen a sut down restaurant. Please put more staff on at lunchtime hrs.
Only worked one customer at a time even though there were multiple workers. We waited 25 minutes for 2 pitas and there was only 2 people ahead of us.Food: 4/5
It is a horrible place waited for merely 1 hr to get an order ready too slow and even employees have to look in the book how to make bowl .... really slow and all customers were waiting longer hours ......
Did not follow simple instructions told only wanted a chicken Cesar with No topping in the grill and they put them on anyways and instead of remaking it they just took the roping off. Not happy will not be returning to this location. And they tried to blame me it’s my fault she did not listen. And waiting like 5 min to even place my order, online orders were more important then customers waiting to order
Super healthy and fresh! The girl with the green eyes was super sweet and made our bowls with so much love ! She recommended options that would taste really good with our preferences and made sure we loved them! Would definitely come back again! Loved her customer service and passion making our bowl!
