These are the reviews that are tough to do. Drove 45 minutes to go try this grind hamburger Don't get me wrong the burger was fantastic the service was good but how can you have a grill and a flat top and you decide to grill your burgers give the customer the option. The poutine has potential but it wasn't for me as the gravy was cold And this seems like a new style restaurant you should offer some non-booth-type seating for us big guys to enjoy and sit down and enjoy your meal.
Big, juicy, flavorful burgers! Love this great local business. My dog was barking at me from outside and they gave me a piece of bacon to give to him, it's the small things like that, that make a big difference! I definitely walked out with a smile on my face. Also the ingredients are always fresh, and they chose the perfect bun to sandwich it all together
Very busy location but the food was awesome! The burger was loaded with flavour my only complaint would be the bun is way too oversized for the pattie. But it’s a good bun it’s not one of those that gets soggy or falls apart. The poutine was massive! Great tasting but they need to keep the gravy hot because it didn’t even melt the cheese curds it was like warm at best . Over all great meal with some minor setbacks. Would definitely repeat

Favourite burgers in town, we’re repeat customers. Came on what must have been the busiest Friday night ever—teeming with people, orders everywhere. The Grind Burger crew never lost their composure, worked cohesively as a team, and got orders out the door.
Just ordered through skip the dishes and they cancelled our chicken burger and tried to replace it with a "pop shop"??? Guess I just won't eat dinner then? Tried to contact them multiple times and they won't answer the phone. Super unprofessional. Will never order from here again. This was our second time ordering and both times they have done something like this. We wanted to give them a second chance. Absolutely crazy. Stay clear. Currently cancelling the whole order
The reviews/ overall rating speak for itself. One thing I can appreciate about a burger joint, is a simple menu. And that's Grind Hamburgers. Great taste, fresh ingredients and juicy burgers. Looking forward to trying more items off the menu.
Highly recommend Grind Hamburgers in Georgetown. Dine in service was great and two gentlemen Sunny and DJ are amazing and great customer service. Fresh, amazing and loved the burger buns. Must try and great value for money.
Just ate in at the Hamilton mountain location off the Redhill Expressway. Heard rumours of good tasting burgs so my son and i just checked out. He had burger and poutine fries. He said the burger reminded him of Five Guys but was overwhelmed with the serving of the poutine fries in the combo. I had the spicy chicken combo but i love that they have other drink options. I had a grape PoP Shoppe. Love it!! The spicy chicken truly was spicy and i live spicy so it was really good. And i'm a fry guy. THE FRIES ARE FRESH, NOT FROZEN!!! Total with taxes was like $35. Was VERY satisfied with the food and time of service! We'll be coming back!
This place got a bump for myself being bias towards hamburgers being destined to be without filler—straight beef on the grill. They do rep that approach in their branding as well. Noticed the cook putting the patties directly in the line of fire, thought that was odd. Tasted fire in the burger, odd as well.
